Overview

• Chambers County Improvement District No. 3 (the “District”) is located within the City of Baytown's ETJ. The District will provide municipal services. Services include water distribution, waste collection, storm drainage, and major thoroughfares.
  
  
• The funds used to provide municipal services are financed through the public sale of tax-exempt municipal bonds.
  
  
• The District will provide for payment of the principal and interest on the bonds through its unlimited power to levy and collect ad valorem taxes on all property in the District.
